WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

WHOLESALE/: Please allow up to  5-14 Business days for Processing. We do not accept returns, cancellations or exchanges once an order is made.

Regular items : please all up to 5-7 Business Days for Processing. 

Versagel: Please allow up to 3-4 business days for  processing. 

please keep in mind that you will always receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped . 

WHAT COULD DELAY MY ORDER ? 

To reduce shipping time for your order please make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Please make sure all requirements for your order are clearly stated in the Notes section before checkout.
If you submit the wrong and your order has already been shipped out you will have to wait for the package to be mailed back to us . 

 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? 

Yes you can, please make  the appropriate selection at check out . remember to send us an email with your order number, full name and pick up time after you’ve received your  “Pick Up Ready” email notification.  (please allow 24hrs for a response.)


WHY DID I GET CHARGED FOR HANDLING/DUTIES?

 Glosbeautyy is a Canadian Based Company , we will not be held responsible for any Duties & Tax  fees 

 If you have an issue with the arrival of your package please  contact your local post office concerning this matter.

Please keep in mind that once we ship the item, it is no longer in our care. 

 

 CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND/EXCHANGE ?

 

Due to Covid- 19, all products sold are non-refundable
If your item arrives damaged within 24 hours after its been delivered, please do reach out to your local Post Office to file a case for damages. Also email a photo  of your damaged items within 24hrs for a possible compensation
